An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our team on Oakdale Ward  Ward at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr Hospital.

We are a community rehabilitation ward caring for patients with rehabilitation and complex needs, whilst planning and co-ordinating a safe & effective, and sometimes complex discharge. Applications are invited from experienced and newly qualified nurses who are flexible, motivated, enthusiastic and committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting.

The successful applicant will possess a caring, professional approach to patient care and have a flexible approach to work. They need to have excellent communication skills and be innovative in their practice, and willing to develop further clinical skills. There is the opportunity for personal and professional development in line with professional registration.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
