Flying Start  / families First  Health Visitor

18.75 hours  week (0.5 wte)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and  dynamic Health Visitors to join the existing health team in Torfaen. This post is joint funded by Flying Start and Families First to support both projects to meet the needs of families and will include group work as well as case load management and support.

Training and development opportunities will be available.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
