Interested in being involved in a national, high profile programme? The Strategic Programme for Primary Care is a national programme looking to accelerate the implementation of the Primary Care Model for Wales.
The Programme is supported by a newly established Programme Management Office (PMO). The PMO aims to be a central hub of expertise, offering advice on different project methodologies, tools and techniques; risk mitigation and providing pro-active support to maximise the pace, scale and successful delivery of six work streams. We are seeking to recruit a forward-thinking and experienced Senior Project Manager to work as part of the PMO.
The role will hold specific responsibility for a number of projects, will help to facilitate PMO team meetings and will work to support the Senior Programme Manager in developing project managers and the overall quality of the programme.
The candidate should possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, in-depth project management knowledge and experience and managerial skills. We are looking for someone who wants to make a significant contribution to real change.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
