Practice Nurse: Trevethin Health Centre
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated practice nurse to work at Trevethin nurse led clinic.
The focus of the role is delivery of evidenced based practice to patients presenting with self limiting illness and provision of preventative health care to practice populations. The post holder will be responsible for the care delivered, demonstrating critical thinking and skills in clinical decision making.
Reporting to the Senior Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, the post holder will contribute to the delivery of high quality nursing care, providing specialist advice and undertaking minor illness management as required.
The post holder will work collaboratively within the Primary Health Care Team in order to meet the needs of all patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures and provide nursing leadership as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
