We are looking for a band 6 RMN who is highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about service user person centred care to work within ABUHB.

This is an excellent opportunity for existing Band 6 Nurses, or as a development role for a current Band 5 Nurse, to be supported in developing community nursing skills in an established and evolving behavioural support team. You will have knowledge and experience in the care of people with cognitive and enduring mental health problems in a community setting. You will have the opportunity to link with the wider service which includes the CMHT, Memory assessment services  and inpatient ward.

You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of the highest quality user-centred care and contribute to the development of mental health services in the ABUHB. The team is undergoing a period of change and looking at different ways of working to support care being delivered closer to home. The successful applicant will be part of a developing service providing a high standard and evidence based care.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply
