Aneurin Bevan University Health Board support flexible working.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-motivated Service Manager to join Aneurin Bevan Gwent Public Health Team. Your role will lead and drive the development, implementation and delivery of ‘Help Me Quit’ smoking cessation services across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. This will involve:

• Co-ordinating programme and performance management to monitor and evaluate service provision.
• Managing a team of programme staff, to include (but not limited to) smoking cessation advisors, support workers and administrative support who are responsible for delivering services to meet the needs of smokers who wish to stop across Gwent.
• Deployment of resources to meet service delivery.
• Budget management.
• Establishing key partnerships to ensure closer integration of cessation service providers and healthcare services across Gwent.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
