This is an exciting opportunity for the right and credible individual to manage the Informatics Programme for Primary Care and Digital Communications projects within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. This programme includes a wide portfolio of projects ranging from digital dictation within secondary care to clinical correspondence and diagnostic test requesting in primary care.
You must have strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to lead organisational change management initiatives, liaising with other programme managers within Informatics. The ability to work across organisational boundaries and with national organisations will be paramount. Experience of programme management or major project scale is essential. This is a leading edge programme. This role will allow you to build on your current skills and experience and provide you with opportunities for personal and professional development. If you are looking for a new challenge in a busy and innovative department, with a varied and demanding portfolio then this role is for you.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
