Healthcare Support Workers (Band 3)

Due to the continued expansion of the Continuing Healthcare In-House provider team we have vacancies for Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers. Your role will be to deliver nursing care to patients with complex healthcare needs under the supervision of a team of registered nurses.

You need to have a good standard of education, a caring attitude and the ability to be flexible to service needs. Also important is being able to work as part of a dedicated team, complemented by good communication skills and the enthusiasm to learn.

Successful candidates will be expected to have completed a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 or are currently working towards obtaining this qualification or equivalent.

The ability to travel between different locations is an essential part of the post.- independently travelling between locations, throughout the working shift.

Areas: All across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.

This is a 24 hours service and you will be required to work days and night shifts.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this position.
