Complex Care - Complex Care Secretary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and conscientious Secretary to join the Complex Care Team of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (permanent post) to provide a confidential secretarial service to the Divisional Nurse, Head of Complex Care & Head of Business & Performance.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills – verbal and written. The role will include liaising with a range of senior management within the Health Board; Welsh Government and Local Authorities; safeguarding and QPS teams; partnership agencies; independent providers; family members; patients and health professionals. Candidates should be flexible, able to work well as a member of a team and be able to organise and prioritise their workload. The successful candidate must be fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages and current office procedures. Experience of working in multiagency projects is an advantage.

The post holder will be expected to work within defined protocol, adhering to the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Wales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
