An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Team on a full time basis.

However, the successful candidate will be required and expected to work and travel across the whole of Greater Gwent and wider when necessary.

The Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards Team supports the Supervisory Bodies to meet their statutory obligations under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (2009) (DoLS) by coordinating and undertaking assessments for submission to the Supervisory Body when a request for an authorisations for a Deprivation of Liberty is requested by a Managing Authority (Hospitals and Care Homes).
