6 / 12 hour shifts
We are keen to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work on ruperra ward at St Woolos Hospital. We care for our patients 7 days a week 24 hours a day so you will need to be able to work flexibly on a three shift system including nights and weekends. We care for 19 patients from 7 days post stroke on our rehabilitation ward. In line with clinical futures we will be transferring our services to the Royal Gwent Hospital where our patients/clients will continue their journey to recovery. We are committed to exploring innovative ways of working in a patient centred way to enhance the experience of those who require our support. You will be supported in the development of those skills with education, preceptorship and support on the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) Journey of Excellence programme.
