Penhow ward is a 24 bed unit for male rehabilitation and complex care, based in St Woolos Hospital, Newport.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Band 5 RGN who can be involved in collaborative working to ensure a smooth discharge planning process using a Multi-disciplinary approach.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team and use their own initiative when necessary. There is an opportunity to develop your skills and achieve further training to enhance knowledge.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for ensuring the optimum care for our group of patients, and to be part of a collaborative process with the MDT to achieve this.
The post is for 24 hours a week covering day and night duty.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
