Penhow ward is a 24 bed male rehabilitation ward and complex care based in St Woolos Hospital Newport.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic band 5 RGN who can be involved in exciting collaborative working to ensure a smooth discharge planning process using a Multi disciplinary team approach.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, and use their own initiative when needed. There is an opportunity to develop your skills and achieve further training to enhance your knowledge.

We are looking for an individual with passion for ensuring the optimum care for our group of patients, and to be part of a collaborative process with the MDT to achieve this.

The post is for 36 hours a week to cover day and night duties.

The ability to speak welsh is desirable
