Band 5 Registered General Nurse

Penhow Ward is 24 bed male rehabilitation and complex care ward based in St Woolos Hospital Newport.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 RGN who can be involved in collaborative working to ensure a smooth discharge planning process using a multi disciplinary approach.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, and use their own initiative when necessary. There is an opportunity to develop your skills and achieve further training to enhance your knowledge.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for ensuring the optimum care for our group of patients, and to be part of an exciting collaborative working process with the MDT to achieve this.

The post is 36 hours a week including day and night duties.

The ability to speak welsh is desirable for this post.
