We are currently recruiting for full or part-time a Health Records Clerks to join our reception team. Initially the successful candidates will be based at the Royal Gwent and St Woolos hospitals but staff members must be prepared to work at other sites within the Aneurin Bevan Health Board, if required.
Duties will be:
To work as part of the reception/administration team and contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and effective service across the board.
To undertake a wide range of reception, telephone and clerical tasks, including the preparation of patient notes.
The successful candidates will have good keyboard skills excellent reception and communication skills and experience of working in a busy environment.
Previous reception and customer service experience is desirable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
