We are currently looking for an experienced person with a working knowledge of stock control systems; previous experience of working in a busy environment and is friendly enthusiastic and approachable.
Duties involve sterilising, inspecting, packing and labelling of specialist dental instruments which are reusable items and thus render them safe for further use for staff and patients. Assisting the Dental Facilities Manager on COSHH, introduction of new sterilization procedures, and maintenance list of dental equipment.
You will work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and will be proficient in dealing with confidentiality issues and be courteous at all times with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and workload.
A flexible, co-operative approach will be important. The successful candidate will be required to cover the duties of the Receptionist and Dental Helpline, in Cwmbran Clinic during periods of sickness and Annual Leave.

Please note although this post is based in Pontllanfraith dental clinic you will be expected to travel to all the other dental clinics across Gwent.
