We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to work in the Therapy Services Booking Office. Excellent communication skills together with the ability to work as part of a team and under the pressure of ongoing deadlines are essential requirements for this post. Previous knowledge of working in a Booking Centre environment and knowledge of Myrddin is desirable.
The post is a permanent, part time (37.5 hours) Band 3 Booking Administrator vacancy within the Therapy Services Booking Centre.
The Therapy Services’ Booking Centre undertakes patient focused booking for the Departments of Adult/Child Weight Management, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. This involves booking of outpatient appointments and Therapy Group Sessions.
The successful candidate will join an established small and friendly team based at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Headquarters, St Cadoc's Hospital.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
