An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Primary Care & Community Services Division in the role of Business Development Manager.
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to support the Divisional Management Team to develop and deliver a coherent Integrated Medium Term Plan, aligned to national and organisational priorities. The successful candidate will contribute to the Division’s sustainability agenda, working closely with capital, planning and commissioning colleagues to address estate issues and ensure robust contingency planning throughout the Division.
Working across a diverse range of services and across organisations, the Business Development Manager will be expected to have an excellent knowledge of NHS operational services and understand the interfaces between health, social care and third sector providers. The successful candidate will have experience in a senior management role, communication & engagement, corporate governance, complex data management, analysis & reporting and strategic planning.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
