Registered Nurse Practice Nurse - Primary Care Operation Support Team (PCOST)
Due to expansion of the team, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Practice Nurse to work within the Primary Care Operational Support Team (PCOST). The division is currently looking to transform the provision of primary care services through a multi-disciplinary approach.
PCOST provides expert clinical support across Neighbourhood Care Networks (NCNs) and within General Practices throughout Aneurin Bevan Health Board. Working across primary care services, predominately within Managed and Independent Practices.
The post holder will be a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse with a sound knowledge of primary care nursing and be able to provide clinical mentorship to other registered nurses and Health Care Support Workers.
The ability to travel throughout ABUHB geographical areas is required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
