We can offer you a unique learning environment where you can make a real difference. This is because we are one of the largest NHS organisations in the United Kingdom with integrated Public Health, Primary, Community, Mental Health and Secondary Care, serving a population of 600,000 in South East Wales. To join our team, you will already have current GMC registration, with a higher qualification in a medical speciality or General Practice and significant experience at GP or Consultant level. As part of your toolkit, you will have knowledge and understanding of wider political and social drivers that influence service delivery within the NHS and an understanding of the Modernisation Agenda.
You will support the continuing maturity of Neighbourhood Care Networks in the planning and delivery of sustainable, safe and effective services by working closely between primary and secondary care, Local Authorities and the Voluntary Sector.
