THIS POST IS FIXED TERM UNTIL 31ST MARCH 2021 DUE TO THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

TEC Cymru is the National programme responsible for providing oversight, cohesion and structure to Technology Enabled Care in Wales. The Programme delivers the Welsh Governments ‘Healthier Wales’ agenda taking care closer to home for the people of Wales. TEC Cymru will provide a national platform to enable the sustainable use, scale up and spread of value added technology. It is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all TECS projects on behalf of all health organisations in Wales.

TEC Cymru is hosted by Aneurin Bevan Health Board and funded by Welsh Government.

The Communications Officer will work with programme office staff and partner organisations to raise the profile of TEC Cymru. They will manage their own workload and act independently, contributing to the successful delivery of the communications strategy and communications plan. The post holder will be required to support both internal and external communications activities including social media and website.
