THIS POST IS FIXED TERM UNTIL 31ST MARCH 2021 DUE TO THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

TEC Cymru is a Welsh Government funded Programme responsible for providing oversight, cohesion and structure to Technology Enabled Care in Wales.

A key work stream within the programme is Telecare. A need has been identified to initiate a project to define the current state and potential future direction Telecare in Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to lead a national project to understand the challenges and priorities of the services, providers and users within this sector govern future decisions about investment, policy or projects.

Candidates should have experience of delivering technical projects, driving forward business change and working in collaboration across organisations. Knowledge and experience of working within the Telecare sector, understanding related technologies and addressing business change with users would also be advantageous. Candidates must be skilled in planning, managing complexity, multi-tasking and have excellent communication skills. 

The role will require a motivated and energetic individual with a 'can do' attitude. You must have strong leadership and a proven ability to engage clearly with users, service providers, suppliers, clinical and technical colleagues. The candidate must also be able to respond and flex to challenges as they may arise. We look forward to receiving your application.
