The Clinical Futures Programme Team is leading the redesign of clinical and operational services across all parts of the health system and supports the delivery of change. An exciting development opportunity is available for 2 suitable candidates to join us for 12 months. This is a fixed term and secondment opportunity.
The successful candidate(s) will provide programme support to the Senior Programme Manager(s), in line with the Clinical Futures Strategy and the opening of the Grange University Hospital. Through various and specific work streams the role will also provide project, programme and tactical ‘hands-on’ support to Divisional teams to ensure the delivery of ‘home to home’ service redesign across the Organisation to deliver the Clinical Futures Programme.
Supported by their line manager, the post holder(s) will be expected to further develop their personal and professional skills, demonstrating a commitment to opportunities within Clinical Futures, assisting with timely and effective delivery of key work streams with superb organisational and communication abilities. Working in The Programme across all levels of the Health Board with a desire to make a difference, supporting achievement of the Clinical Futures outcomes for citizens of ‘caring for you and your family’
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
