An opportunity has arisen for Full/Part time Band 5 Registered Nurses to join the Nursing teams across County Community Hospital.

County hospital specialises in rehabilitation and discharge planning, community admissions and palliative care, whilst providing a high standard of nursing care. We pride ourselves on giving excellent patient care putting patients and their relatives first. We are a 47 bedded site (Oak ward has 29 beds and Rowan has 18 beds) . Both wards work closely together and have excellent working relationships with the wider multi disciplinary team,

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, working 12 and 6 hour shifts.
