Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan Hospital (YAB)
This is an exciting time to be a registered nurse in Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan Hospital. If you would like to work in a friendly community hospital, as part of a multi-disciplinary team striving for excellence then this might well be the job for you.
We pride ourselves on our ability to recognise the strengths of individual staff and have worked hard to create a professional and sensitive environment where patients, relatives and colleagues are treated with courtesy and respect.
Sirhowy Ward specialises in supporting patients with sub acute care, rehabilitation, and complex discharging for Blaenau Gwent residents. We work collaboratively with our Blaenau Gwent multidisciplinary and local authority colleagues to assist patients in setting their own goals and supporting them to achieve these prior to discharge.
We are seeking applications from suitably skilled Staff Nurses who are ambitious and possess a professional, compassionate and caring attitude. We would also like to hear from you if you are a student nurse looking for an opportunity to develop your nursing skills in an environment where you can be supported by a team of experienced staff. We are more than happy to coach and mentor newly qualified Staff Nurses through their Preceptorship.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
Closing Date: 28th May 2018
