An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, creative individual to become part of the Blaenau Gwent Older Adult Mental Health team The role will involve providing advice, education and support to people with Dementia and their carers. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work autonomously and as part of the wider team. This is a demanding role and requires the post holder to be able to manage their time effectively. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous. The role will involve liaising with primary care and third sector agencies.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
