We are looking for an RMN who is highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about service user person centred care to work within the Blaenau Gwent Adult Community Mental Health Team based at Cwm Coch Unit at Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan Hospital, Ebbw Vale.
This is an excellent opportunity for existing Band 6 Nurses or Band 5 Nurses to be supported in developing community nursing skills in an established and evolving community mental health team.
You will have knowledge and experience in the care of people with complex, severe and enduring mental health problems in a community setting. You will have the opportunity to link with the wider service which includes the CRHTT, Inpatient Ward, PMHCT and other community services.
This is a permanent and full time post.
You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of the highest quality user-centred care and contribute to the development of mental health services in Blaenau Gwent. The successful applicant will be part of a developing service providing a high standard of and evidence based care to those in Blaenau Gwent.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
