Have you got great experience working in healthcare and are looking for another exciting challenge, a once in a lifetime career opportunity?

At Aneurin Bevan University Health Board we are working together to create the environment for exceptional healthcare.

We are undergoing one of the largest transformation programmes in NHS Wales and we are seeking people to come and join us to be part of something truly transformational. This is a rare opportunity to join our team to lead and support the delivery of the next stage of our innovative Clinical Futures Strategy. This is an essential leadership role as part of our diverse team and the variety of projects and part of the health system that you may be working with is both broad and exciting, from leading the development of a model of care ‘Home to home’ to redefining ways of working in clinical support services.

We are looking for someone with a passion for patient care and who has experience in managing projects or delivering change successfully within healthcare. The post holder will play a role in implementing the Clinical Futures strategy, as well as continuing to develop the Grange University Hospital and reconfiguring our network of Local General Hospitals.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated, with a successful track record of delivery and established relationships within healthcare. We are excited to recruit people from all different disciples to join our high impact team.
