An exciting position has become avaliable for an enthuasistic and proactive individual to join the Learning Disabilities Team. The Senior Administration Officer will act as a central point of contact for the Directorate and provide high quality, effective and efficient administration and secretarial support to the Directorate Management Team.

The post holder will be responsible for providing day to day supervision of the central staff team including the allocation and checking of workload and tasks.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge of  office systems and IT software, aswell as experience in servicing meetings and maintaining databases.

The post holder will need to be highly motivated, be able to prioritise own workload and that of others and be able to use their own initiative. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be be able to remain calm under pressure.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
