An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join the Caldicot Community Nursing Team as part of the Caldicot Integrated Team.
The post is 37.5 hrs a week (Full time post) and includes working afternoons, days and weekends.

In Caldicot we are part of an Integrated Health and Social Care Team.
Experience of working within the community is desirable but not essential as training will be given to develop appropriate skills. The ideal candidate must be a confident practitioner who is able to work autonomously and can make appropriate decisions and judgements under pressure.
