We are seeking highly motivated band 5 nurses to join Ward 4/1 as part of a new rotational pathway. We are looking for Registered Nurses who are as passionate as we are about developing their clinical nursing skills across a number of specialty areas – initially on our Endocrine / Cardiology ward.
If you are looking to gain experience in other specialties in a planned and structured way, then our new medical ward nurse rotation pathway is for you. Whether newly qualified, experienced or looking to get back-into-nursing after a break, we will support you throughout each six-month rotation to gain the knowledge, skills and abilities
Your rotation will provide you with the experience of nursing in a variety of settings to develop your clinical knowledge in preparation for future career progression.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
