An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably motivated Band 5 nurses to become part of Nevill Hall Hospital's Coronary Care Unit (CCU) nursing team, that then transfers to the Grange 18 bedded CCU.

Currently, We are a busy six bedded unit and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable individual that is interested in developing their cardiology knowledge and experience and transfer to the Grange will be essential. Acute nursing experience would be desirable but not essential.

As part of your role, you will be expected to support senior members of staff in the running of the Cardiac Care Unit on a shift to shift basis. You will be expected to work well as an individual but also as part of multidisciplinary team within cardiology and provide nursing care for all cardiology procedures, such as, permanent pacemakers and cardio versions.

The successful applicant will be required to participate in the planning and delivery of acute nursing care and support to a wide variety of patients and their families.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
