Registered Nurses, both full- and part-time opportunities.

We are seeking highly motivated band 5 nurses to join Ward 4/2 as part of a new rotational pathway or as part of a permanent member of staff on ward 4/2. We are looking for Registered Nurses who are as passionate as we are about developing their clinical nursing skills across a number of specialty areas – initially on our Gastroenterology ward.
If you are looking to gain experience in other specialties in a planned and structured way, then our new medical ward nurse rotation pathway is for you. Whether newly qualified, experienced or looking to get back-into-nursing after a break, we will support you throughout each six-month rotation to gain the knowledge, skills and abilities. The wards with in the rotation include stroke rehabilitation, respiratory, haematology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, care of the elderly and cardiology. At the end of the rotation period each RN will be placed in an area in line with their preferences.

Your rotation will provide you with the experience of nursing in a variety of settings to develop your clinical knowledge in preparation for future career progression. This post would enable applicants to access the Journey of Excellence (JoE) professional development programme aligned to the learning and development opportunities offered within the Health Board.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Closing date: 20th November 2019
